NOTABLE CHEF TAKES ON EDIBLES MARKET FORMULATING CULINARY-DRIVEN PRODUCTS

Entrepreneur Chef Aaron Chamberlin has developed complex flavor profiles that are unique to cannabis retail with his Good Things Coming edibles brand.

PHOENIX, Ariz. (March 9, 2021) – For years, cannabis edibles have focused on high-dose THC products, with taste a low priority. But now Arizona brand Good Things Coming is reimagining the edible as true confection.

“If you’re going to eat a brownie or have a piece of candy, that splurge should taste amazing, it shouldn’t just be a delivery vehicle for cannabis,” said Chef Aaron Chamberlin, CEO of Good Things Coming. “Whether you’re a foodie or not, there’s no reason an edible can’t be an epicurean experience.”

Led by Chamberlin, who owned restaurants Phoenix Public Market, St. Francis, and Taco Chelo, Good Things Coming uses local, gourmet, chef-driven ingredients to craft precision-dosed edibles. Chamberlin has developed complex flavor profiles that are unique to cannabis retail, like Mango Chile, Yuzu Citrus, and Lavender Lemon.

With more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, Chamberlin is drawn to the cannabis industry because of its tremendous growth trajectory, the ability to stretch his creativity as a chef, and the chance to offer products that have the power to help people use food to heal.

Edibles on the market are often overloaded with sugar and additives to mask the natural flavor of THC resulting in products with an artificial taste and an ingredient list that is far from healthy.

Chamberlin prioritizes all-natural and organic elements in his cannabis recipes. As a husband and father of three, his personal and professional cooking is focused on combining nutrition and taste.

Good Things Coming products include: Lavender Lemon Drops and Fruit Jellies in Mango Chile, Yuzu Citrus, Pomegranate and Very Cherry. Its French Chocolate Brownie Bites are made with French Valrhona chocolate and a touch of sea salt. Products are formulated for medical and recreational use with high and low-dose THC options, which are ideal for new cannabis consumers.

Established in 2019, Good Things Coming handcrafts all its edibles using third-party, lab tested distillate from parent company Copperstate Farms which operates a 40-acre indoor greenhouse grow in Snowflake, Arizona.
