Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Relations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, pitching, and account management skills, along with a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and other written materials to effectively communicate client messages and key narratives.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure media coverage for clients across various platforms.
  • Pitching: Craft targeted pitches and story angles to generate interest from relevant media outlets and secure placements in print, online, broadcast, and other media channels.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met, and providing strategic counsel and support to help them achieve their PR goals.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic PR campaigns and initiatives that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and industry trends, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate the value of PR efforts.
  • Event Support: Provide support for client events, product launches, press conferences, and other PR-related activities as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in public relations, with a strong emphasis on writing, pitching, and account coordination.
  • Proven track record of securing media placements and generating positive press coverage for clients.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content for various audiences and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, media contacts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of media landscape, industry trends, and best practices in PR and communications.
  • Experience with media monitoring and analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
